OUR STORY
A passion born from the pursuit of quality
Morola Caffè Italiano was founded with a clear mission: to create an espresso that inspires emotion by enhancing every stage of the coffee supply chain.
Our work begins long before the roasting process, directly in the world’s finest coffee-growing regions. We study the coffee plant, observe harvesting methods, meet producers in person, and carefully select every coffee origin.
Every coffee bean is the result of continuous research, combining expertise, innovation, and deep respect for the work of coffee-growing communities.

PINO FUMAROLA
The experience that drives Morola
Founded by Pino Fumarola, Morola Caffè Italiano is the result of a passion transformed into a project built on quality, research, and education.
As an Espresso Italiano Trainer, Pino continuously expands his expertise through collaborations with leading organizations such as AICAF, IIAC, and SCA. He personally selects coffees in their countries of origin and takes part in international initiatives focused on the sustainability of the coffee supply chain.
His vision also led to the creation of the Morola® Concept Store, with the goal of promoting the culture of authentic Italian espresso through carefully selected products, professional consultancy, and specialized training programs.
